MAF, INLET, COLD AIR KIT & UP PIPE FINISH INFORMATION

Our MAF/Inlet pipes, up pipes and cold air kits are available in 16 gauge aluminum or chrome plated steel. 

The aluminum  pipes are for those of you who are looking for the lightest parts available.  They are not really show worthy without some elbow grease on your part.  They can be polished out to an acceptable shine using any good metal polish, can be powder coated OR painted.  I have painted some with VHT self priming epoxy paint as an experiment with good results.  The aluminum may have slight imperfections in the finish. 

UPDATE!  Optional POWDER COATING finish is now available for all of our products using aluminum pipe.

The chrome pipes are tripled plated show chrome and will improve the looks of any motor compartment.  The insides of the chrome pipes are coated with POR-15 to provide permanent protection against rust.   

The rubber connectors we use are originally designed for heavy duty turbo diesel truck air intakes and work fine for our Turbo Regal applications.  We cut the adapters we use to specific angles for a perfect fit.

Stainless steel hose clamps are included with all MAF/Inlet pipes and up pipes.  Optional T-bar clamps are available for our up pipes.
